Full Order Cancellation Sunglasses. a) Customers can cancel their order by logging into their account or can call adeeps customer care at 07411818283 or send an email to reachus@adeeps.com/adeepsonline@gmail.com to request for cancellation. b) Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from warehouse of adeeps. Post-dispatch, no cancellation is allowed. Partial Order Cancellation Partial cancellations are not allowed. No refunds will be made in case of partial order cancellation/return. Unethical Purchase & Cancellation Policy In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and adeeps will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases. Also, if it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning/cancelling the same; under this circumstance, adeeps reserves the right to charge a substantial return/cancellation fee (which could also be entire order amount) from the user if similar charges are also borne by adeeps. Adeeps.com Return Policy Eyeglasses & Sunglasses a) Adeeps.com offers a 7 day no questions asked return policy to all its customers. b) Customers can raise a return request by logging into their account or can call adeeps customer care at 07411818283. or send an email to reachus@adeeps.com / adeepsonline@gmail.com with order details. c) Post return request, customers are required to pack the entire product including packing material, invoice, all accessories and keep it ready for pick up. d) Post pick up, our QC team will verify if the product has not been used and is in good condition for further sale. Plus, all the items have been sent back. In case product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, adeeps can deny refund to the customer. In case of Eyeglasses/ Prescription Sunglasses, no return/refund will be offered . these are completely customize as per your/ your eye care practitioner  request. f) If it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning the same; adeeps reserves the right to charge a substantial return fee from the user. Contact Lenses: a) Contact lenses cannot be refunded if their packaging has been opened/tampered. b) In case you wish to return Contact Lenses, its box & the lenses inside the box must not be opened. It will still be non-returnable if you've opened the box however, the lenses inside are unused. c) Return is only possible if the box and the lenses inside the box are still sealed and accessories, warranty/instruction papers are still intact. Contact Lenses / Lens Cleaning Wipes Return/Refund is only possible if the box packaging and the lenses/wipes inside the box are still sealed and any additional accessories, warranty/instruction papers are still intact. Return/Refund cannot be processed if: 1) The box packaging has been opened/tampered. 2) The box & the elements inside the box (lenses/wipes) are opened. 3) The lenses/wipes inside are unused but the box is opened.
